Expensive dogs?

Ok I am sure everyone has heard of a labordoodle. If not I will tell you what it is. I know everyone knows what a mutt is right? That is what a labordoodle is a very expensive mutt. Basically someone's prize winning poodle got pregnant by a lab, and the owner decided instead of selling theese dogs for cheap he'd raise the prize b/c it is a "new breed". Ok by these same rules and principals I could sell my dog's mutt puppies and get a shit load b/c it is a "new breed" called ketchup. There are just somethings I will never understand.

Actually it is called a LABORADOODLE and secondly they have named it a second breed because it never sheds like a poodle but is playful like a lab. So, instead of selling it cheap and just calling them mutts, as you say, they sell them expensively because it is what most pet owners could ever want in a dog. That is why they are so popular. In fact, many celebs have them now days.

Well if you have the money buy a dog that is one of the best right? I could care less if it was a mutt or not! A dog that doesn't shed and is playful is the best!!! and that was my comment up there...forgot to put my name sorry!

shedding can be fixed by keeping them outside. George is full chocolate lab and he stays outside.

yeah cockerdoodles have always been worth some money dink...you just gotta know how to sell them.

Some people like to have inside dogs. With just the off chance you have a crazy neighbor who likes to poison dogs (which has happened to me before), you would like to keep them away from the dog. And what if your kids are getting ready for school and they want to go say bye to the dog. If you have one that sheds, then they get hair all over them. I hate having hair allover the place, so I would definately pay the price to have one that doesn't shed.
